Saturday, April 5th, the violette dance was from 8 pm to 11pm . some of us were late because we were at the orchestra concert given by our correspondents.
During the dance, lots of people danced. Even Aurelien had the opportunity to have a slow dance with Mrs. Carrour. French showed the Americans tecktonik by dancing on the stage. Certain Americans were shyer than other French. There were slow dances in which Americans and French were together (Americans asked certain French girls out for a dance.) The songs chosen were awesome. This dance gave us the possibility to mix up with the other people there and had fun without taking care of the limits or the language.
It also gave us the possibility to know each other better and to let go of our worries. It was just so great … but a bit to short.
